- You add a web survey address to all your till receipts.
- Customers visiting the site (which can be branded with your logo) complete a short online survey about their experience
- On completion the customer is rewarded by a discount voucher to be used on a selected item when they return (incentivising them to come back and spend more money)
- Information is totally confidential and available for you to view online within hours of the visit.
- If a customer users their mobile to give feedback, you could be reading about their experience before they have arrived home.
- At the end of an agreed period, all data will be collated by us, and analysis provided by location, area and company.
- Our Rapid Response System can be implemented either as a standalone service or as a complement to your existing mystery-visiting programme.
Who it’s for
Many clients use this system combined with a mystery visiting programme but it can be used as a stand alone module. It is extremely cost effective, as the voucher offered is only chargeable back to you at cost. In addition the customer is enticed into re-visiting you by the voucher!
